This was my second time dealing with Shawn. He was a pleasure to work with and very professional and found the exact car we were looking for in just a day. It was a bonus having the car delivered straight to our house. George was very pleasant and informative about going over the different features of the car. Very happy with their services and would recommend them.

I don't know what else to say other than why would you ever go to a dealership again?! Shawn made this process so easy, and informed us of every step of the way. He was able to get us a great deal, and was able to get us out of our leases early. My husband and I both got 2 new Acura's! Also, shout to George and Luis who delivered our cars! They were great! Never going to a dealership again.

By far the easiest car leasing experience I've ever had. Shawn understood all my wants/needs in a car and found the perfect fit for my family while working with our budget. The whole process from first contact to final delivery was so easy and stress-free, unlike other experiences I've had at dealerships. We now have a beautiful new car for our growing family (that came straight to our door!) and will continue to use this company for our future car needs. Highly recommend!

I'm really grateful and happy with my experience with Simplease Auto. Shawn and Jason really beat the numbers I've got elsewhere. I got numbers from 2 dealerships and another broker, Jason told me "go get their numbers and whatever they got I'll beat it". He definitely kept his word, I was shocked and didn't believe it at first. I send credit app and right after he send me buyers order with better numbers than what I presented him. The rest of the process was smooth and easy. I appreciate George as well delivered my car and throughly went over it with me. Took in my trade and made sure I was good before he left. My lease was up and I was looking for another car. I got in contact with Josh he gave me plenty of options that worked with my budget. Josh was very easy going and he was very accommodating to all my request. I was surprised how easy the delivery process went. He gave me the best price and beat every other price I got. Super friendly and outgoing. Very smooth transaction. I absolutely love the car!

Great, seamless experience using Shawn & his team to secure three vehicles for my family in the matter of one week. They took care of everything from start to finish and got us in the cars we wanted at prices we could afford. Would highly recommend working with them. INCREDIBLE!!! Now THIS is service! I contacted Lexie on Thursday, October 19, 2023. She got me in touch with Karen who started looking into vehicle options for me. Monday morning we had a couple options to consider and after some back-and-forth settled on a a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid for the budget that I had in mind, and all the features that I wanted! by Tuesday at noon everything was done. And the car was delivered to me today, October 27th! I even said to Karen is this real because that was the easiest process I've ever had in my life! Haha I would normally spend 6 to 8 hours in a dealership trying to buy a car and this took all of that away. With two young kids who has time for that? I cannot thank them enough for making this so easy and seamless! They even were able to get me out of my current lease six months early! Look no further than Simplease! I promise you will not be disappointed!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Josh was our sales rep and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and fast to respond to any question that we had. They were also able to deliver the car during my lunch break to accommodate my schedule. After delivery, Sean and Josh reached out to make sure everything was okay. Not only am I in love w/ the new car, my kids are in love as well. Amazing prices & amazing people.

The most outstanding customer service I have ever dealt with. Being an overseas customer I believed I would endure challenges within the car hunting experience. By far, the best experience I had leasing a car in like EVER!...I called at least 4 different places and Not only did Shawn and his team Andre provide me with the best price but provided the best service.
